How to return stuff
So sorry that you want to return, and of course you can, at no charge of course.
Here’s what you do.

1. 1. Print the return form and fill it out,
      – Return form download

 

1. Take the form, your receipt and the product to the nearest PostNL store (there are over 2,900 of them) and give it to them.

Done.
No, really, that’s it.

We will return your money as soon as we receive the product.
